Background: Following the fall of the Roman Empire, the Middle Ages was a transitional period that brought about significant change. Many feel as though the Middle Ages was a period full of illiteracy and ignorance, but the Middle period served as a segue to the modern world by providing us with the building blocks that present day Europe and the United States are built.
Purpose: The purpose of these activities is to increase our understanding of the High and Late Middle Ages and its effects in today’s modern world by using the collaborative power of WIki technology.
